I booked pickup for my parents who where returning from a trip. First call center is not responding to a call endless after endless wait scheduled pickup one hour later. Cab didn’t come for a pickup. Customer center responses are wait for 10 - 15 mins.
Parents waited for more than 45 mins no one has turned up at the place. It was scheduled at 00:30 Hrs. In conclusion service is not prompt or unavailable in need. Call center calls you will never get through to representative need to keep trying for long hours.
Please do not rely on Wings. Its a crap.
