Ok, This is been my 2nd bad experience. Booked a cab for morning 05: 50 AM from Dimple Saudagar to Pimpri railway station for my relatives. Got driver Details in Morning. Driver name is Ashish Swami.
When I called driver in morning about half-n-hour before journey, he told me that he is been assigned different pickup and Radio Wings operator.system has messed up and provided wrong mobile number to me. Then I tried calling call center number of radio wings 15 mins continuously. no one picked up the phone.
I again called back the driver asking him about any other number he has. he shouted on me in phone asking to report call center and cut the phone. I arrange some other means for my relative to let them be at their destination on time at morning 05: 45 AM.
I was able to connect to radio wings call center at 09: 30 AM. Operator were not aware why cab did not reach and they told me it was same driver Ashish Swami who was assigned to pick me off.
So that means two things:
1)Driver did not want to to do this pickup, maybe because it was small distance or reasons best known to him.
2)Radio wings system does not have any mechanism to confirm whether pick is been done or not. Pathetic!!
Call center people do not provide me the number of higher official for making a compliant. Said me they they will arrange a callback. I never got the callback.
Don’t create a system if your not able to serve your customers properly.
Guys dont use them. Go for Easy Ride cabs. They have lower km rate too than these pathetic people.
