Worst cab service of Pune. Completely unreliable for airport pick-ups. I had booked a cab for airport pickup at 11:15 at night, I didn’t get the driver details even after the flight had landed at 11 pm,
On calling the customer care excutive told that the cab is delayed and I will get a cab after 1 hour. I was stranded at airport late at night. I got the driver details at 12:15 am and then also driver told me that he would need 15 more mins to reach airport. Finally I decided to take a Prepaid Auto to reach my home. Worst cab service ever.
Similar incident had happened with a friend during last month. Don’t trust them for late night airport pick ups. Also their prices are high compared to Ola Cabs. Stay away from Wings. Try other renowned cab services in Pune, they offer better service at a much competent price.
