David baldacci writes very taut stories. stories that grip you on a psychological plain. if you like to read fiction then david baldacci is your man. after reading his bestsellers like absolute power and total control I bought his novel the winner. although it is also a great book but somehow I felt that it is not in the same league as the previous two I had read. so if you too are a fan of his like me yes go ahead and read the winner but don’t expect it to keep you glued to the pages like the other two.it is about a man who picks up people after careful selection and then helps them to win mega lottery(dont ask me how read the book) and then keeps a tab on them after making them super rich. the story is all about how he is tracked down. at the risk of sounding too critical I would go to the extent of saying that he is losing the charm. his latest offering is the last man standing . I will come back here as soon as I finish reading it.
