A Note to Fellow Shoppers: My Honest Experience with Winston India


I’m sharing this so that others don’t face the same disappointment.


I ordered a callus remover from Winston India. When it arrived, I simply opened the outer box to check the product — I didn’t use it at all, and even the transparent protective sheet on the remover head was untouched. Despite that, when I tried to return it, my request was rejected just because I opened the box.


I had already shared all required photos and videos showing that the product wasn’t used. The brand refused to help, saying they don’t accept returns in such cases — even though no hygiene seal or protection was broken, and I had everything intact.


This kind of policy is unfair to customers who only want to inspect the product without using it. It seems like the focus is more on closing the sale than ensuring customer satisfaction.


I’m not here to defame anyone — just sharing my genuine experience so others are aware before they buy. We deserve fair and transparent return policies, especially when products are unused and returned in the same condition.


Hope this helps someone avoid unnecessary hassle.
