Wipro is India’s largest BPO company and because of that I joined this company.I got referred via placement agency.
I am an ex-employ of wipro worked in Pune. There was a initial shock because when I cleared the interview I got a package which was completely different from what I got after joining.
Only the training part was good, and the accommodation for the first 7 days was really awesome.
After completing the training, after hitting the floor none of us(me any my friends)have such any knowledge about troubleshooting and other product knowledge.Now they starts the politics in wipro.
In a team if there were 10 members and 10 systems and there are 2 non recording systems which belongs to manager.The advisor who has got good rapo with the manager he sat on those systems and does all the non complaint things.My manager was so great that when I complained about this they asked me to leave the company.
Then I took this issue to other department which is TED that’s amazing too because they said they will take care of it and they spoke to the same manager and they told me to don’t complain about him.
if u want to make your career under this kind of work pressure and worst work culture, if you don’t have any self respect then only join this company.
Joining this company, it was my biggest mistake in my life.After leaving this company I’m feeling relieved and I hope that I don’t have to work with wipro in future.
My advise to all please do not join Wipro and ruin your future and waste your time.
