Wipro is good for laterals but bad for those who join it as fresher.they recruit at compartively less salary .poly wise its good, very flexible policies.if any one want to avail the facilities of govt job on less salary than its good but friends if you are hard working and looking for carrer growth than I suggest not to join.
Anyways I request wipro to compete with others in terms of employee salary also.apart of it other benifits like medical claim, insurance are good there.some accounts like Ericsson are not getting hikes in alternate years, and those money are going in cutting trees and planting new one.work culter is good .there is not so much devlopment projects.
Mostly maintaince are there.less onsite oppertunities.well campus wise its good will get jim yoga but will not see swimming pool. If you are lover of jim then you will not get quality jim .eqiupments are outdated even after mails they are not replacing.
