Wipro company is a good company in IT sector I was working in Wipro for about a 1 years and I am going to share my personal views of the company
After joining the company are
there was a internship program for a month and there was no salary but the work was too much heavy after the program they offered me a permanent employee job and that job my salary was 17000 only
The salary was not much efficient for a good living the salary was too low but the work was too high and there was not much benefit The Other IT company offered about 20 to 25000 salary for the same qualifications
After 2 to 3 years of working they provide 30000 salary so they twice you and they provide 15000 salary to 2 new freshers so job security is 0% . they may remove you anytime
The career growth of this company is not much good and promising Wipro be not give you a good future however you can go for good company like Oracle or Infosys
The work environment is however good because the work environment is very good condition nicely clean room will be provided with the computer and its good and nice friendly environment
My rating for the company owner that will be 4 out of 5 . he is good and much respectful and honest person.
