When I get the job in wipro its like a dream comes true....but from the day 1 they put me in the gravyard shift(11-7)night...a horrible kind of pre process training after 1 month process training....they put us in ojt which was good....after that they put us directly through us in the floor with out any experience of taking calls mangers are like good for nothing no pic’s to help advisers....who has newly joined...in floor...managers always busy in their personal calls, , , its almost impossible to work in this environment for me......only the training part is good after hitting the floor none have such knowledge about troubleshooting and other product knowledge...its rly frustrating an stressful when u don’t get ur proper breaks also...they only treats u like machine......after 3 months when I want to resign and submit all the documents the manager told me to serve for 2 months where the doctor already suggest me not to work such stressful environment......they want me to work....the tl they dont have the respect for the ladies ...they always use profanity and abusive languages for girls also........the tl was the worst person ...dumb dont know how to handle customers....always avoid to take sup calls ....................the infrastructure is good only..........if u want to make ur career under this kind of work pressure and worst work culture..... if u dont have any self respect for u only then think to join this company................they always try to stretch u after completing the toss also..................after leaving this company I’m feeling relieved........
