Salary And Benefits - Benefits are really awesome if you stick to the company for atleast 3-5 years. They invest and help you do higher education if you want to. Good transport system and insurance too.
Salary is the saddest part. For freshers even now they pay 7500 a month after all the deductions. They charge for transportation too.
Job Security - Job security is good. You will be given better chances to prove yourself.
Career Growth - Have seen people started their career as an agent and now they are CS Lead’s and managers. So, they have ample opportunities but very late. You aren’t eligible for any IJP within 18 months of joining.
Work Environment - Not so great for the freshers. Its a dog work for them.
