My overall perception about BPO changed after working with Wipro. I started my BPO career with Wipro.
The only sad part of working with wipro is the salary. The package with they offer is too low as compared to other BPO in the market.
Working with wipro means your job is secured. There are times when a process gets shutdown but the management makes sure that you are placed in a similar process.
It has a wonderful career growth. I have seen many people including my friends who started from an Associate level and becoming a manager within a span of 3 years. It also has a program called WINGS WITHIN wherein you can apply for a different role or higher role or can move to different location which no other company offers hence career growth is very constant.
It has wonderful work environment and good work ethics. You would always be surrounded with good people around you who will guide and keep you motivate throughout your entire journey. It has many fun activity, contest & completion which will keep you happy and you wont feel like you are working hence in turn reduces the work pressure and you be bored.
For every company its very important to have a good CEO which Wipro has and it also has many good managers. They keep you motivate and will make sure you reach your goals at constant level.
Overall its a wonderful place with excellent environment complement with good career growth and I always recommend Wipro to everyone.
