There are so many BPOs in Indore but I got job in this Bpo. I am so happy because this company is big multi national company. My employee code I still remember 285223. I got a package of 2.75 lakh per annum. The company give one time lunch or dinner with drop down facility which is very good. In this sector job is secure by company side because company never get off to any of our employee but the employee quite the job for various reasons.
Yes career growth is there we have to continue our job for more than 5 years we geasily get promotion and other benefits. Work environment is quite good there is tension free environment. All the persons carry there task. This Bpo has good CEO rating also. Really it is nice experience to work in this BPO.
