I was hired in wipro bpo after completing my graduation. Although some of my friends recommended me to leave that occupation yet I didn’t on the grounds that on that time it was the only job which I was able to get. Yet, in the wake of working for over an year I understand that my companions were correct and I had to quit my job. At the time of joining my salary was less however I thought it will increase with the time yet it had not happened really. I had to endure a lot of job stress and work for extended amount of time only to face the truth that I have not made any progression in my career. Working for this company will not improve your career in any manner and is only a waste of time and money. I would recommend my friends to stay away from this company.
