Wipro started very fast but in mid 90’s slowed and again after 4 years took a nice boost. In hardware wipro is like others who assemble in india. as you see if you take IBM for example you can trust them but not with wipro machines. in our company there is one IBM 100 and 4 wipro pentium III machines and others are assmbled localy. but performance wise IBM is to good. in 6 years that machines has not given us a single problem but wipro same as assembled machines.
for software they are going for big people and that to outside india only. I think they are behind dollers and why should not as they are getting them. Every body in india wants dollers. this is good to see dollers are coming to india through wipro. so as per software there are very few people who will be able to give there review in india.
Also wipro should improve there dealers network and service in india.
