How can we rate performance of a resource based on an exam.(Wipro is not a college)?
Even if it can be done, why that exam is objective? If it is subjective I am pretty much sure that the people who have passed UCF with flying colors will be failing pathetically.
How can a resource who has been a good performer in the project but failed to clear UCF, getting rated as More Contribution Expected while a free pool resource who passed UCF getting rated as Highly Valued Contribution?
How can a resource rated as Excellent contribution in interim appraisal, became a More Contribution Expected resource in the annual appraisal, just because he did not pass UCF which is just a goal out of 6 goals?
When there are 6 goals to be fulfilled, people fulfilling 5 goals(Highly Valued Contribution) except UCF(6th goal), are getting a aggregate rating of More Contribution Expected. How?
My last question, how can a resource who got Feather in my cap award, who has taken sessions for freshers(Wipro initiated sessions), who has been doing account specific works, who has done project delivery, who has been a part of account specific set ups, but failed to pass UCF be rated as MORE CONTRIBUTION EXPECTED?

Open your eyes, see what is happening around you. If you still feel you are right, only god can help you. HR - Human resource manager: managing and torturing are two different things. Get a dictionary and find the difference.
