I worked for around 6 years with Wipro and let me tell you that they make you cry for smaller things like your relieving letter. It’s been 2 months and they haven’t given my letter yet. I tried every way possible to get it but they are just a bunch of careless HRs.
Work environment makes you useless over a period of time.
Lots of strict disciplinary policies for the employees but they can do whatever they want.
No career growth.
CEO seems like they care for the Employees but it’s all just hollow words.
