I am a campus joinee and played different roles and spent 12 yrs in the same company. played different roles. I can say if you are experienced and would like to pursue your career, I strongly recommend don’t join this company though they give you 200% hike.
Man these guys sucks. Especially wipro Hyderabad.
I still don’t understand how management choose such idiots and place them in responsible positions.
Please don’t be loyal towards the company man. I am consistently experienced the same fact, but able to sustain there for 12 yrs and after than boom. No way I can get through this last year.
Guys, please don’t see me as a frustrated employee. I am writing this article after I left the company for more than year. As many of my friends are calling me and asking will I advise them to join. I stricly said no.
