I am here to share my experience with Wipro Limited.
I am working at Wipro for Six Months, that’s correctly on 2014 March to September as Associate Analyst at Sarjapur Road, Bangalore.
There Policy is to completely grind the employees with Low Salary.Most of the days, I spend up to 1 am in office to complete the work.
The Head or our boss doesn’t have any Humanity and they only want robots to do there work.
Actually the problem is the management has no understanding on how to operate a successful consulting business There is no focus on the employees or customers, they only care about there growth and the bottom line, and also they don’t give a new employee training too.At the time I joined there, I really very much irritated because of the lack of training.
I got 13000 Rupees only as salary whereas any other companies can give up to 23000 rupees for a Associate Analyst.
So am not recommending this company jobs to anyone, and if you want to make only experience, Wipro is best for that and there Experience Certification is Valuable, but don’t expect average salary from them.
