I was in Waitrose when I remember I needed to buy a mouthwash. There were not many choices of mouthwash to choose from that were on special offer so I decided to buy the cheapest one and opted for Widsom Quatum Alcohol Free Mouthwash. I opted for this mouthwash based on price, colour and the fact it is alcohol free. A bottle of 500ml costs £2.99.

I’ve never tried Wisdom Qantum Mouthwash before. I’d chosen it because I like the clear colour. Most mouthwashes that I’ve used were pink, green or blue. My daughters wear a retainer at night. It’s important to keep their retainers clean so I searched online and found that mouthwashes are ideal for cleaning such dental appliances. My daughters dip a toothbrush in a small amount of Wisdom Quantum Mouthwash and brush their retainers with the solution. Coloured mouthwash is not suitable for cleaning as it will stain the retainers so this mouthwash is the perfect choice in terms of colour.
Wisdom Quantum Mouthwash is alcohol free and does not sting the mouth so suitable for children. However, like most mouthwashes, this mouthwash is not suitable for use by children under 6 years of age.
This mouthwash has a strong medically smell and taste. I quite like it as both the smell and taste give the impression that they’re doing a good job of keeping the mouth clean and fresh. Some may find it too strong but I really don’t mind as despite being medically, I can also detect a fresh mint scent and taste to it. My mouth do feel fresh after each use and the freshness lasts quite a while.
This is an antibacterial mouthwash and kills common oral bacteria in the mouth. I use it every night after brushing and flossing teeth but I can’t really tell if this particular mouthwash is better than the other leading brands as all mouthwashes seem to do the same job.
