I have used it from both side i.e. as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and as an Applicant who is looking for job. In my previous assignment we had a corporate account with Wisdomjobs. I can tell that it have quality profile but the truth is there reach is too high which gives very high quality results on a search and they hardly have profiles for niche skills on the technology domain. So from the perspective of a Recruiter and the organisation its worth of money to take a recruiter licence on this job portal. It needs to work out a lot in terms of advertising itself on a bigger platform so that it can reach more and more people, making them to register more and more so that the database size increases.
