Guys its a very well designed and user friendly application.in last one year I am getting lost of Job recommendation from this site and most of that are matching with my profile.
2nd things you can search Job as per your profile and that also very easy.
You can check how many recruiters will visit your profile and how many download and contact with you.
Wisdomjobs.com are providing Paid resume service also.
Most of the time you will get a notification on job matching with your profile.
