I have been using Wish-Net for more than 2 years now. Since its the only cable ISP in our locality I’m quite stuck with it. The speed as not even half as per my plan. Websites take time to open and peering speed is also dropping day by day. Packet loss happens every alternate day. The only good thing is that the YouTube videos run at 720p. The connection is unreliable as sometimes the connection drops all of a sudden for 30mins or higher. The worst is their customer support. They have a Toll Free number in their website. But hardly anyone picks up that number and they just tell you it will be fixed soon, that soon stretches for long hours though. I wish they fix the connection drops that keep on reccuring.
