I’m a regular Cust of this ISP from 2010 i’m on bronze plan of this service 256 kbps but I’ve never got speed more than 20 kbps, download speed is max 3-5kbps Cust support is pathetic. In the website the charges for the service is 345 rs per month but my local cable provider takes from me 450 bucks I mean it’s really ridiculous does anybody have any idea where to complain regarding them I would suggest SIFY is far better than this Worst Nightmare ISP.
I’ll Never go to this provider once again.
