I am writing this review with my experience in this website.
I used this website for the first time for buying a jeans.I search many times but I cant find my fit.most of the products does not have all the categories in size.I talked support for that issue and I know that they does not have proper stock so it will be available soon.In that way I feel they provide genuine customer service.But after sale service is bad I will tell this letter in my review.
They provide genuine products but in my case product has delivered detective I dont know why but after I opened the package I see the jeans was not that I saw in the website also it has a hole in the knee.I call customer support center they did not receive.Then I mailed them and after 2 days they resposne my mail.I told them all the truth but they refuse to return it.
The delivery timeliness is very much more than a general delivery.Its takes upto 20 days to deliver.The website has a good will but its service is worst day by day.
The website is fast and charming.Its interface is very nicely prepared.The interface is quite informative and easily everybody can handle that.
The website is good earlier.But now a days its very Bad.I have been cheated from this website.Its very Bad
Dont use this website
