During the demo, wiziq was fantastic.
But when they turned over the app after we paid, that was when we experienced it as slow and non loading.
The worse thing is we have been asking for a refund for the past 2 years. continuously, as if we have time to do that. every time we follow up, they ask what is the problem and we forward all the conversations to them again. then last month they said that it has been two years. sorry they cannot refund anymore. don’t be fooled
