For those who don’t know much about this college, I’d like to tell you that this one is more suited for creative courses, etc and that too for people who have gaps in their education or aren’t able to take up regular degree courses in the first place.
They are like a branch of a training institute with a few students here and there. The faculties are mostly visiting and not permanent for that matter. The admission team always presses you in one or the other way in convincing you to take up a course. Calls, mails, posts and much more to get students enrolled. Honestly, no prestigious institution would run behind candidates.
They have infinite number of branches across each state and that shows it all. Once upon a time, a friend of mine asked me to try this one for my MBA. I went there and they were trying to coax me to take admission using various tactics like foreign exchange program and guest lecture by faculties from IIMs, etc. A little irritated, I asked them to show their placement records and the in-house faculty profile in detail.
There it was. They simply said they don’t have it with them as of now but most of their students are working in big corporate houses and have a great job profile. I mean, what’s wrong with you guys? You know the details of your foreign trips and the names of foreign universities and some of their faculties too but not ready with the placement report. Is this how gullible you think youngsters are?
