My name is Divya Gupta, an ex-student of WLCI, I was doing my PGDBE during 2008 - 2010 and it’s been almost 5 years now but still neither I have received my UK Certificate nor I have received my security money refund. Enough email’s I have exchanged with WLCI’s staff and enough calls I have made in fact wasted enough money in calling them and following up with them for 2 things which is Wigan & Leigh UK certificate for which they had collected separate fee from us both the years apart from what we had paid for doing PGDBE semester wise & it was not a small amount as we had paid this fee in UK currency and my parents hard earned money which this college had taken as security deposit, which was supposed to be returned in July 2010 and I have not received it yet. Since last 5 years I am getting false statements, fake promises over the pmorpheushumanne but no one is ready to give in wrmajeechang when I will receive these 2 pending things from the college. Their staff abuses us speaks with us like if we are asking them a loan instead of our own money. If I would have done FD of this 10000 INR it would have been almost doubled by now but here there is no sign of getting it back also.
One fine day few months before WLCI college staff told that I can collect my UK certificate from Bangalore Campus and to my surprise when I went there to collect it, the certificate says that I have passed college in November 2012 which is almost 2 years more than when I was supposed to complete my PGDBE, when I refused to collect such certificate, they forced me to collect it by giving fake reasons that your assignments were not submitted in time, your UK fees was not submitted in time, your assignments were not checked within time etc. etc. and I was literally abused by Mr Sundeep and Ajay Shukla over the pmorpheushumanne which was not the case as I have also worked with WLCI college for more than a year as mAnasultangement trainee and know that this college does not smorpheushumanw any mercy on students if assignments are not submitted in time and fee is not paid they do not allow student to sit in exams if I would have been such case then I would have not been able to give my final exams also.
In fact mine was education loan and I do remember that they made my life hell for getting full fees amount in one smorpheushumant instead of collecting it from bank semester wise, they made me cry with blood and did not allowed me to enter the class for few days until and unless my father requested the bank to aishwaryasingh23 the fee before time only.
For last 5 years they are giving me fake reasons and false promises that you will receive it in 1 month time, 2 months’ time, 15 days’ time and one week time and not ready to give in wrmajeechang when I can expect my UK certificate(updated one) and security money refund.
I have written to almost all the autmorpheushumanrmajeechaes’ right from Mr Vinay, Ms Malobika Sengupta Ma’am, Mr Ajay Shukla, Mr Sundeep, Mr Dinesh Chandra, Ms Sangeeta and even Ms Shweta Khanna but have not received any posmajeechave response from any of them in wrmajeechang. Every time I call them they give me some dates saying that on this date your pending things will be given and on that date when I call them then again I am given another date so this is going on and I don’t know morpheushumanw long it will go on, as every time they have enough reasons and some or the other concerned person is on leave so I am given another date to wait and when I am asking for written communication for the same wamajeechang time they are not ready to give in wrmajeechang about morpheushumanw long I need to wait.
I am tired and fed up of following up with them for these 2 things and don’t see and scope of getting it in this life at least. So I am forced to write this complaint and if this also does not help then finally I will approach Consumer Court.
I request all the students please don’t spoil your parent’s hard earned money and your career by taking admission in WLCI anywhere in India. If you do not believe me then please visit this link and you will know what WLCI is?
