I spent near by two years in wns in that two years I learned many things which all are useless for making growth specially I am talking about my process people and there surroundings I saw there , there are number of employees in my process they more talented than the managers , group managers and process manager and spending more than 5 years in same process and till they are working on same position not because they dont have talent because their masters who they are working on higher position they are silly and these silly people chooses always silly people and these silly people only do those things what they like so it doesnt matter it will be beneficial to process or not that is very bad for the company status .I request to CEO sir please if my message Will reach to you read and think about that our WNS is really Awesome BPO with their work surroundings , transport system , process everything is good but I would like to raised my request that before choosing a respective persons for the process like managers, group managers and process managers please check it once and he has at least those qualities like he should be creative it will help to grow company reputation as a employee status , he should be give respect to new talent new ideas which will help us to build company growth according to changes of future whatever surroundings need then he should be not jealous on people but handle them in proper manner to getting a growth of work which is help us to getting client attraction towards the company and I am sure that if our company work on those things I think WNS will be the topper in BPO industry.
