Earlier it was Sterling hospital. Now its Sterling-Wockhardt. Just beside the highway, after Vashi Toll Naka and opposite Vashi village.
Before I go further, please go through these two recent stories related to Wockhardt, Vashi:

I hope, there should be a board saying "Admission Restricted", like any 5-star hotels at the gate of this "hospital".
As you have seen in the above two reports, they do manupulations in their bills. They make "extra" money by way of making numerous tests (they even charge you for any mistakes they make while testing), numerous disposable items like gloves, doing outside diagnosis (they get 25 - 50% discount). The Admin section is rude, blunt and inhuman.
However, I would like to mention here that their ICU staff members (nurses and doctors) take great care to patients. Something at par with Indias best hospitals. Specially, Dr. Akshay and Dr. Pradip with whom I interacted the most.
Just make sure if you have enough money to spoil before you take any patient to Wockhardt, Vashi. This is, as someone mentioned earlier, not a hospital, its rather a corporation.
And, it happens only in India....
