Now this hospital I understand is called The Fortis Hospital Bannerghetta road, Bangalore. I had an appointment to meet Dr. Vivek Jawali at 10.0 AM whose OP timings are from 10 to 11.30. I reached on time and was asked to wait as the doctor was performing a procedure.
I waited till 11.30 and still the doctor was not available to see me!! I could see that patients were waiting ’patiently’ and it was sad to see that the hospital was not having any regard for patient’s time... Wasn’t the OP timings fixed such that the doctor could see patients? For me this clearly demonstrates the complete lack of respect on the part of the hospital for the patient’s time!I
What is the point in bragging about achievements when the basics are not taken care of !! I would not recommend Fortis hospitals if this is the way they treat the patient community
