I ve had 2 bad exps at Wockhardt. FIrst was concerning my husband. we had an apt for 5 30pm, doc didnt turn up till 6 30 pm, and we wanted to see doc urgently. They charged us money and asked us to run arnd here and there.. my husband was in condition to do that. they left our file at the physician’s reception, then took us to the emergency section since doc didn’t turn up, and asked us agn to go upstairs to get the file and get the money back for registration! I shouted at them, after which they got it done. DOc in emergency was inexperienced and it was all in all a very bad experience and I vowed never to come back. As they say, ooncha makaan, pheeke pakwan.
I am now in my first trimester, and I am seeing a doc in Wockhardt! The only reason for choosing W was that it is a large hosp and I will not have to run around to small clinics for USGs and other such things. But here also my exp with them hasn’t been good. I decided to come here because some people I know have had good exps here. My doc is good and helpful - Dr geetha belliappa. But I am totally unhappy with their services. They cancel appointments without even a day’s notice. They radiology deptt is understaffed. Dr Pradeep in Radiology is an A$$H0!E. My doc asked me to meet him for my 12 week NT scan, I am now 13 w some days, and it shd be done bw 12-14 weeks. It has been delayed cos they cancelled my appt thrice and did not even reschedule. It is very diff for a working lady to get used to their whims. Now this doc Pradeep said it need not be done between 12-14 weeks and when I call their appt section they said it can be done only after 12 weeks. think they bluff, and they talk whatever they have to.
The problem is there is not one hosp which has a good review. Where do I go? :(((( I have to remain stuck here, cos the doc is good and I dont know the others and I am an unhappy customer :(
