I first saw Shania Twain on Country Music Television many years ago. She was a fellow Canadian, and when I first heard her voice I stopped what I was doing to listen. I was very impressed with what I heard and became a fan before the song was even finished. I bough her cassette before her second song came out.
Her music makes you want to sing with her. Her voice is absolutely perfect. Because I like to sing along I have to put her music louder than normal so I can hear her over my horrid voice.
I have yet to hear a song of hers that I don’t like, and how she keeps coming back with new songs that get better and better is beyone me.
You can’t lose with any of Shania’s CD’s. Each one seems to be better than the last, but when I remember all of her older ones, I still love them as much as the new ones. I can never get tired of listening to Shania Twain.
My kids, especially my 8 year old, have been fans of hers too, and no, I didn’t force them to only listen to Shania. They chose her all on their own. Good taste runs in the family.
