It tastes rubbish, just the same ingredients of normal horlicks with a horrible flavour. I managed to drink it for almost 2 wks and I stopped.Instead of what they claim, I felt sleepy on taking this drink. It is still in my kitchen untouched. Even the kids in the house won’t drink it bcz of the weird flavour. Women are better off without this drink.
Don’t buy this. The normal horlicks is much better.
Eat more veggies and do some kind of physical activity. Women do not need a drink to make them energetic. We are super energetic on our own! ??
