My experience with the hospital was wonderful. First and foremost, Womens center doesn’t smell or look like a hospital and is a great place for healthcare.
The staff was polite and guided me correctly when I had questions. Yes there were times when I had to wait because my consultant doctor had emergency cases to attend to and I was informed about the same. I was happy to see that emergencies are actually treated like emergencies, so that gave me a vote of confidence about the hospital. There were a couple of tests done that were more than the usual numbers, but again when I asked the doctor why is that so, I was very patiently explained that this is for my own safety and just to be on the safer side, its best I did all the tests and that different bodies react differently to treatments and so there could be a greater requirement at my end.
At every stage I was informed whatever I was supposed to be informed and I also had financial counselling that made me aware of what I would be having to pay before I went in for the treatment.The doctors here are so careful that I was asked to consult another doctor as well so that incase of emergency at any point for me, I would have a back up doctor available who knows my history too.
I am thoroughly satisfied with the hospital and the doctors and staff are great!
