Dont have it because its not good for health.


Basically for women the muscles will be weak after delivering a baby.for that dont try to have these type of products.


Do yoga, excerise and walking .


Try to have grains and green vegetables , fruits to keep you more enegertic and healthy.


Even an ant will not eat horlicks how we can have it?
