I just buyed a product from wonderchef.

I purchased a royal velvet set, which has 3 items 1. Pan

2.dava

1. Lid

2. Cooking vessel.

And they it has a free spactula with that.

But when I received it the free product was missing.

So I called them and they put me on hold for almost 5 minutes and asked me to send pictures of products as proof.

And then assured me that the product will be delivered within 10-12 business days but its been 25 days.

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied for wonderchef and their service.

And when I try to call then all their lines are busy.

I am very disappointed.
