I ordered Crimson Edge Stand Mixer and made online payment for the same through their website. However, I was supplied with a different model Revo Stand Mixer instead of the ordered one. Calls to their call centre have fallen on deaf ears. I was suggested to send pics and details through email NRC.care@wonderchef.in which I did promptly. However, no response has been received till date. The company appears to be doing all sorts of cheating sitting behind iron wall with only call centre and email which are of no use.
Beware while ordering anything from Wonderchef.
