The worst furniture shopping experience I ever had is with this bloody Wood Plaza furniture. I had ordered my bedroom and drawing room furniture worth Rs 1 Lac at this store in Pune. They also have operations / branches in Mumbai and other cities as per my understanding. So please note that this review is applicable to all branches as the owner is One and he is the most unprofessional, irresponsible and rowdy kind of seller I ever experienced.
These people are completely unprofessional. At the time of taking order, they say that furniture will be delivered in 10 - 15 days but they actually deliver it atleast after 40 days. They don’t receive your calls, don’t call you back and you just foolishly have to keep them calling in hope that sometime they will respond to your call. They don’t respect the value of your time.
Also at the time of order booking they say that they’ll use high quality commercial ply but the ply they actually use is of very inferior quality. The thickness of ply they use is very small(only 3 mm) so the structure is not strong. And to top it, they mess up with the design that you have finalized . the final product is not what you had expected, no design, no finishing, nothing.
They don’t take any responsibility of it and charge you for the full order amount. They don’t regret anything and its You who end up feeling cheated and helpless.
So, be Aware and Stay Away from this furniture maker Wood Plaza!
