I bought sofa cum bed from woodage furniture lajpat nagar. First of all it was highly expensive as compared to the similar products available in the market. We thought we are paying for good quality and after sales service, however the reality is totally opposite. The quality that was assured to us and showed us vs. the stuff and quality delivered is totally different.
The product delivered is very low in quality whether its fabric or wood or foam mattress. When I complained about the mattress to the owner of wood age, Arun Dhawan, he was really rude and said we can’t send anyone to your home just for 2 cushions seat and he cut the phone. I was being assured of onsite service for 2 years after delivery. Also, the storage space pull hooks are broken within 1 month of buying it. The fabric is also not stiff and showing wrinkles within a month of buying that.
I am really upset with all the experience with woodage furniture, lajpat nahar and would suggest the readers to be careful while buying anything from them.
