I humble request all reading this not to buy anything expensive from woodenstreet street.
They cheat us , the custom make but the never send us the pictures once it’s done. We have to correspond with them for each & everything. Once they take the money then their customer service is pathetic. Delivery not on time, plywood of low quality & sides all cracked & water soaked. Cracked wood glued together in certain places. The steel rods that bind furniture for smooth movement falls off.
We are them to refund they never give us a straight answer.
The worst ecommerce ever. The shareholders are least bothered about the customers. Am aware of so many customers in Kerala, who are so upset & have lost money. The third parties itself don’t want to deal with them.
