I had ordered a Candy Study table for approximately Rs 24, 500. I was very keen to see it, as I had paid such a hefty amount. I was very disappointed as the packaging was the worst I have ever seen with the result it got damaged at many places. The paint work was shoddy, as they have even painted the attachments. The magnet which was supposed to stick and hold the study table doesn’t do that as the two pieces are not aligned properly. I emailed them about the problem along with the photos of damaged product. They assured that it will be corrected. Sixty days have passed without any response from their end. IN ALL IT IS A FRAUD COMPANY, CHARGING TOO MUCH FOR ORDINARY ITEMS WITH NO REGARDS TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AND SATISFACTION.
