I had ordered a vector sideboard from wooden street. Being a new company and also located outside Mumbai, I was a little apprehensive. But I liked the design and the price looked betterv than the competition, so I decided to take a risk, and I am happy that I did it.
Their customer service people were very good and they knew what they were talking, not reading a script which sadly is the case at many places nowadays. They also gave me offer to customize at no cost, which was very good. Payment was hassle free as they accepted amex, which was good. I received the product on time and am very happy with it. The delivery boy didn’t ask for chai-paani, instead asked for feedback, which I really liked.
I really thought that start ups like this should be encouraged to flourish so that the customers like us get more choices and get the benefit of competition. I will recommend them and will order again. Attaching a pic of my side board.
