I had ordered for a Boho mirror with hooks on 25Sep25 in their Kalyan Nagar Customer Disservice Store. I was informed that order will ship in 5 days. It’s been over 13 days now, and I’ve been diligently following up thru support ticket but there was not even a Basic Response on the above order. Please avoid Wooden street products’ at any cost for they make shameless, false, Fake Promises’ at the time of order taking only and then completely forget. You are at your own mercy if you receive your product even after a month. I am planning to lodge a complaint with eJaagriti on this Poor and Shitty service provided by wooden street. They ensure that your joy and experience of owning a new furniture even after making full payment turns Sour’ and Unforgettable!
