We had visited their Mira Road store after checking dining sets online and booked a 6-seater dining set on 20th July through their representative, Ruksar.
At the time of booking, we were assured that the table would be delivered before 20th August, which we agreed to since we required it well in time for the Ganpati festival beginning 26th August.
Despite our weekly follow-ups, it was only on 17th August that we were informed the table would not be ready before 1st September. This was extremely disappointing, given that the commitment was made at the time of booking.
To make matters worse, on 22nd August we were sent a picture of a tabletop that looked completely different from what was promised a patchwork of wood pieces with no symmetry or finish. This was a clear deviation from the product we were shown and agreed upon.
When we requested to escalate the matter, Ruksar tried connecting us with a senior person, but no one returned our call. It appears even she has not been able to get support from her own team. Under pressure, a temporary dining set was provided, which was horrendous in appearance, leaving us with no real choice but to accept it so that our guests would not end up sitting on the floor during the festival.
On 29th August, after repeated follow-ups, we were assured by Ruksar that either Joseph or Shivam would call us back immediately however no one bothered to respond. After calling them, once again, Ruksar only repeated her promise of a call back.
Its the 1st of September have not received a call nor my dining set!
Their products may be marketed well, but our actual experience has been deeply unsatisfactory.
