Very bad shopping experience even !

I am happy to share my review for very bad experience of service by wooden street. Here some major issues that I have faced. 1) While ordering the cot, I was told that this model is in stock and that it would reach me in about two weeks, I placed my order on 4 - sep. Today is 24 - sep and I still don’t know what the status of my order is. 2) I have written several times to their email. I have chatted several times with their executives. All I get is only false promises about the delivery of product. 3) I was requested for a refund because the policy of website states that if the delivery time were to cross 7 weeks you will initiate a refund. Till date I haven’t heard from anyone about this. 4) I have repeatedly called the call center number since today, no one has picked my call or called back till now. This is by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
