The worst customer service experience. Ever

Ordrr # 167805. I did get all my furniture,   and the quality of the wood is good. But their cushioning is horrible. It’s hard and uncomfortable. Experienced this with both my sofa and the dining chairs. The bed and bedside table is well made. I bought a small wall mounted dining table,   and it’s been 2 months,   4 tickets,   umpteen calls, and whatsapp messages,   but no carpenter in sight. Only the false promise that they will contact you in 2 days. So my table is lying uninstalled on the floor since end September and we are ending November now.     I made the mistake of buying a lot of furniture from these guys, because their website has a lot of fake reviews. I posted 2 negative reviews that have not been published! They don’t respond to concerns. Their customer service has only one answer. "Our support team will contact you in 2 days" and they never do. Will never buy from these guys again. They don’t understand the meaning of customer relations and goodwill.
