I usually don’t write reviews but I guess it is time to express my disappointment after paying a premium amount for Furniture. I placed an order on 14th August for a bed, 2 side tables and a 3 door wardrobe. They say it takes 5-7 weeks for delivery but unfortunately, my furniture is not dispatched yet. Inspite of numerous calls and raising tickets on the website, no one has given proper feedback. They say 3-4 days more and it has been over 3 weeks that they have been saying this. One said the quality team rejected one item, some say it is getting painted(been 2 weeks now) I demanded a refund, which was overlooked and was never addressed nor a discount was offered. I was impressed looking at the quality of pictures but I feel this has been the most terrible decision of my life. The presales service makes you feel this is the best choice but it is disappointed packaged well! Haven’t received delivery yet.
