In my home I also have this wooden product but usually I didnt like it very much. Becauseit looks cool when its new and than after the worst product.the customer service is also not good at all. Then cannot understand our problem and they also doesnt give correct response to us . The product quality is also cheap.the delivery time is also not proper because they charge extra what they should said in starting. I presonally dont like this and doesnt refer others to buy this .the app and website also doesnt good. And it is not also reliabile.
