Worst Customer Experience and ZERO Commitment with

The title says it all. I had ordered 3+2 Allison Fabric SOFA along with Crocus Chaise lounge.


While taking order Shyam was very proactive and commited on-time delivery with best customer experience and product quality.


Few weeks after, I am trying to reach them and no one is available to attend my call.


I sent multiple emails about the status of delivery and no reply.


Delivery was delayed by a week.


Quality representative Ravindran promised best product quality for the lost time.


Product quality is below average for the price you pay. While booking I was told 100% product refund.


After delivery, I was notified about absolutely no-refund policy.


Please don’t waste your time, energy and money on this company.


This company is only built on lies and nothing else.
