Intrigued by the wide range of furniture we decided to go to their experience centre in chandivali being close to our house. First visit was though pleasant experience. once we decided to go ahead to place an order, we requested to visit the store around 6.30 pm, though the working hours in the internet showed 8pm. We were warned by the executive Dhruvi that she will have to leave for home hence requested us not to be late. As a serious customer we decided to reach the place early so that we could spend enough time before the store closed. Thanks to the mumbai traffic we eventually got late and called Dhruvi around 640pm. she actually warned us to be on time because she would leave. She was hardly bothered that we were going to be placing an order. Her tone lacked any empathy, compassion or any customer service.
My question to the management: is this the way a serious customer is treated? does such a big center have only one person to handle. I was really impressed with the stuff there but with the given levels of service why would anyone want to go to the experience centre to buy. our experience Zero /10.
